Illimis is a small project from a young and remarkably talented winemaker, Lucinda Heyns. Lucinda has spent harvests at Screaming Eagle, Sandhi, and Dalla Valle, to name a few. With roots as a viticulturist, she crafts honest, minimal-intervention wines, showing particular talent with Chenin Blanc and Cinsault. Her wines have clarity, finesse, and complexity.
